Le Potager du Marais has been around since 2003 and going strong since they do brilliantly refined and delicious vegan takes of French classics like boeuf Bourgignon and delicious soups. Either way this is worth a visit if you’re looking for a 100% vegetarian restaurant.

6) HANK BURGER

Hank Burger is hands down an awesome burger joint.  Even carnivores would love this place as their patties are one of the tastiest you will ever have because let’s be honest, so few have figured out how to make vegetarian burgers genuinely tasty.

Besides their patties, their burgers good because they add all sorts of sauces such as a basil and tomato, a home made BBQ sauce, or a creamy mustard sauce which just brings everything together.  You can also toppings to your heart’s content.

Also note that creperies are great for vegetarians as well since all creperies in Paris offer both savoury and sweet options, and their savory can be like pizzas where you select the fillings you want. We recommend ratatouille, a vegetarian stew from the South of France that is full of flavors of the Mediterranean!
